How does the 14-day free trial work?

Every module starts with a 14-day trial with no card required. Invite your whole crew — only Core Users count towards billing when the trial ends.

What is a Core User?

A Core User is anyone who creates or edits records and runs reports. Contributors and Viewers are unlimited and free, so trackside staff, sponsors and stakeholders never inflate your bill.

Can I buy one module without the others?

Yes. Each module stands alone and shares the same records, so adding a second module later needs no migration and no duplicate data entry.

How is billing handled?

Monthly or annual per Core User, per module. Annual billing saves two months. You can change plans, add seats or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.

Who owns the data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Export every record as CSV or through the API at any time, and we delete your data on request when you leave.

Do you support multiple entities and currencies?

Scale plans support multi-entity records and multi-currency quoting, with prices shown in GBP, EUR or USD across the site.
