Pitwall OS Events

Every case, cable and crew call accounted for

Events is the production register: simulators, AV, lighting, stage, broadcast, rigging and power, all allocated per show and tracked out and back.

Flight cases know their contents, floorplans know where kit lands, and inspections stay attached to the gear that needs them.

What it adds

  • Production asset registers (AV, lighting, video, stage, power, broadcast)
  • Event allocation, packing, loading and returns
  • Flight cases with contents and missing-item tracking
  • Venue floorplans with metric grid and asset placement
  • Event area assignments (stage, FOH, broadcast, hospitality)
  • Rigging, electrical and safety inspection records

How it runs

01

Spec

Build the show from production registers across AV, lighting, stage, power and broadcast.

02

Pack

Allocate to the event, generate packing lists and load the flight cases.

03

Place

Drop assets onto a metric venue floorplan and assign event areas.

04

Return

Scan back in, flag missing items and file rigging, electrical and safety inspections.

Case studies

Each of these is a live demo workspace you can sign into. The companies are fictional, created to show how Pitwall OS Events works in a real operation.

Vektor Bühne & Broadcast GmbH · Live production, broadcast and event technology

Six disciplines planned as one system

A Berlin technical production house was planning audio, lighting, video, rigging, broadcast and infrastructure in separate documents, so power and rigging loads were only reconciled on site.

What they use in Events

  • Asset registers across audio, lighting, video, rigging, broadcast and power, with SWL and inspection dates
  • Project records under VEK-### codes across all seven workflow phases
  • Flight cases with contents, locations and missing-item flags
  • Crew calls by role, from systems techs to technical production management

Outcome

Load-in follows the planned order of rigging, power, distribution and systems, and load-out closes with a technical report and updated asset condition.

Gridline · Motion simulator events and installations

Twenty-two simulators, four vans, nothing double-booked

A Qubic System specialist running activations, installations and a supported fleet was tracking simulator availability, van loads and crew calls across separate spreadsheets.

What they use in Events

  • Simulator register with warehouse bays and event allocation
  • Availability checks that block double-booked assets
  • Van assignments, flight cases and packing lists per activation
  • Crew rosters drawn from permanent staff and the freelance pool

Outcome

Event, sales and support teams book against one live asset picture, so activations and installations stop competing for the same simulators.
